A blend inspired by the royal gardens of Kashmir and the flavors of a drink called thandai that my mother made in celebration of spring each year. Shahi Gulshan. The words, shahi translates to royal, and gulshan means garden. First developed for a family wedding, it's everything you need to elevate your desserts, breakfasts and more. Food that speaks the language of love. The blend has the brightness of fennel and cardamom, nuttiness from toasted sesame and the floral kiss from the rose petals and saffron. Add it to any bowl of oatmeal and elevate your morning, bake cookies, infuse your cup of milk, and whip some fresh cream for a dream-like clouds to top off cupcakes. Here's a recipe of a yogurt parfait or shrikhand that is amazing any season with the blend.
