User Agreement
This website www.forkonaroad.com (the “Site”) is owned by Fork on a Road LLC (“Owner”) and is governed by this agreement between User and the Site. Your access and use of the Site constitutes your agreement, without modification, of the terms and conditions herein (the “Terms”).

User Obligation to Protect Account Information
It is the user’s obligation to ensure that his/her account and password information remain private. The Site will not share or sell your email, account name, password, or any other personal information that you provide. Your account name and password are not assignable to any other person or entity. The Owner and Site are not responsible for any third-party access to your account that may occur from the theft or failure to protect your account and password.

Modification or Cancellation of Access or Accounts
The Site reserves the right to discontinue accounts, or edit their content, at its sole discretion.
The creation of an account, or purchase of a product or service, constitutes your consent for the Site and Owner to use your email address to communicate with you electronically. The Site reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, for any reason, without notice.

Choice of Law
To the extent allowable by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the user hereby consents to the jurisdiction of courts in Massachusetts in regards to any disputes relating to the use of the Site, or goods or services provided through the Site.

Order Processing & Delivery
Orders for products through the Site are generally processed within 2-3 business days. The Site makes no assurances as to the processing and shipping time. Please contact us if the user desires an expedited processing and shipping that is not offered upon checkout.

Shipping is provided by the United States Postal Service (“USPS”), according to its rates, which are subject to change, and the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Return Policy
There is a fifteen (15) day return policy for all products purchased through the Site, which time period begins upon delivery.

Only unopened products shall be accepted for return, and the Owner’s acceptance of a return is subject to inspection before a refund is processed.

The cost of shipping a returned item is the responsibility of the purchaser.

The refund for returned purchases, upon inspection and acceptance by Owner, will generally be processed within 2-7 business days, or as soon as possible. The Site and Owner make no assurances as to the exact time period of refund processing, as there are factors outside of the control of the Site and Owner that may impact processing.

Promotions
The Site may, from time to time, offer special promotions to its users. Promotions are for a limited time only, and valid only pursuant to the terms provided in the promotion. Users can sign up for the Site’s newsletter for updates on special promotions.

Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify the Owner, and to defend and hold harmless its officer, directors, employees, agents, and affiliated third parties, for any losses, attorney’s fees, or other costs relating to your use or inability to use the Site.

Prohibited Uses

Any user under the age of eighteen (18) shall do so only with the permission of a parent or guardian. The Site does not knowingly collect and asks users not to submit, personal information for individuals under the age of thirteen (13).

Users Outside the United States
This Site operates within the United States of American, pursuant to its laws, and if accessed by users outside the United States, those users are responsible for compliance with their local laws. Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement not to use the Site in another country in a manner that is prohibited by law.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Owner and supersede all prior versions of the Terms.

Alteration of Terms
The Site and Owner may change the Terms at any time, for any reason.
