Items You Will Need:
For the Lentils - 1 Small Sweet Onion, ½ Cup Fresh Cilantro/Parsley, 1 Clove of Garlic, Tomato Paste, & 1 Lemon.
To Make Dolmas - 4-6 Small Peppers or 4-5 Zucchinis, 1 Clove of Garlic, Balsamic Vinegar, & 2 Fresh Tomatoes or Crushed Tomatoes.
OR To Make Tacos - Large Red Onion, 1 Medium Cauliflower, 1 Jalapeño, Tortillas/Tacos, Vinegar, Oil for Cooking, & Salt
