This blend is our second collaboration with my friend Claire Cheney of Curio Spice Co. It’s a festival of flavor — mela means ‘carnival’ in Hindi. Salty & fresh it's at once magical, funky and addictive with cumin, black salt and dry mango. Embellish anything fried, summer fruit plates, grilled fish, and veggies.
